Shipping Time and Cost
After the order has been placed, our warehouse needs approximately 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Package's final arrival time=warehouse's processing time+Shipping time.
In most cases, your package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by transportation delays, invalid address, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

Shipping Logistics Issue Follow-up
If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 30 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed.
